WR8.ai is a platform by Learner Circle, a brand of Spinircle India Pvt. Ltd., dedicated to nurturing children’s creativity and supporting young authors in completing and launching their books. All references to WR8.ai in these Terms and Conditions also encompass Learner Circle and Spinircle India Pvt. Ltd.

1. Objective

At WR8.ai, our mission is to inspire and nurture children’s creativity by guiding young authors to complete their books and launch them successfully.

2. Book Launch and Promotion

Our focus is to enable young writers to achieve their creative potential and bring their stories to life.

We assist with book launches and provide opportunities for promotion at events such as book launches, book fairs, workshops, or similar venues.

WR8.ai does not engage in active marketing or sales of books beyond these promotional activities.

3. Royalties and Revenue Sharing

WR8.ai does not follow royalty or revenue-sharing arrangements.

Any exceptions, which will be specific to certain events, will be communicated explicitly to the author in writing.

4. Sales Management

Authors wishing to manage the sales of their books independently can request a soft copy of their book.

In such cases, the author must apply for a new ISBN under their own name or entity, as the ISBN provided by WR8.ai is non-transferable.

5. Ownership and Copyright

Individual Books: The author retains full ownership and copyright of their individual book, including the content, title, and design.

Group Storybooks: Ownership and copyright of group storybooks will remain with WR8.ai/Learner Circle.

WR8.ai does not claim any ownership of the author’s individual work.

6. Book Display and Distribution

WR8.ai may display books for promotional purposes at events or through its platform.

With the author’s consent, the book may be listed on Amazon or similar online platforms.

Any other distribution beyond these contexts will only occur with the author’s explicit consent.

7. Responsibilities and Liabilities

WR8.ai is not liable for the commercial performance of any book, including sales, reviews, or market reception.

The author is responsible for ensuring their content complies with copyright laws and does not infringe on intellectual property rights.

8. Data Usage and Privacy

WR8.ai collects and uses data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

We use Google Analytics to monitor website performance and improve user experience.

Email campaigns may be conducted to provide updates, promotional materials, or other communications relevant to our services. By using WR8.ai, you consent to receive these communications. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails.

9. Modifications and Updates

WR8.ai reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
