Copyrights

Individual Books: Where a young author publishes their own standalone book, the author retains copyright in that book. Learner Circle retains a non-exclusive right to display and promote the book (including its cover and title) for marketing and portfolio purposes. 

Anthologies / Group Books: Where a young author's work is included in an anthology or group publication compiled by Learner Circle, the copyright in the compiled book vests with Learner Circle. The author grants Learner Circle the rights to publish, distribute, and commercialise the anthology, while retaining authorship of their individual contribution.
